Product Overview
The TZ-MD series coal mill dedicated classifier is a classification equipment specially designed for coal powder preparation systems. It is mainly used in the air-swept coal mill systems of cement plants, and can also be used for the separation of coal powder and similar materials in other industries. It integrates coarse powder separation and horizontal vortex classification, combining multiple classification principles. It features high classification precision, high efficiency, low energy consumption and stable operation, and can significantly improve coal powder quality and combustion efficiency while reducing energy consumption and environmental pollution.
Brief Introduction
1.It adopts the most advanced separation structure of vertical guide vane and straight squirrel-cage rotor. The powder separating ratio can be up to 90%.
2.The principal axis of T-SEPAX powder separator uses the stepless speed regulating. It's convenient to adjust the fineness between 15um and 80um , sensitive and reliable.
3.The turning vane, rotor classification vane and other wearing parts use wear-resistant materials, better wearing quality and longer service life.
4.It's controlled by the PLC automatically. This system is characterized by simple operation and better adaptability. The entire system is simple, convenient control, stable and reliable with lifting machine, conveying equipment and other corollary equipment.
