What Is an NE Series Plate Chain Bucket Elevator?
An NE series plate chain bucket elevator is a vertical conveying machine that lifts bulk materials with buckets mounted on a heavy-duty plate chain. Unlike belt or round-link chain elevators, the plate chain provides higher tensile strength and better wear resistance, making NE elevators suitable for large conveying capacities and abrasive materials. Material is loaded at the bottom feed section, carried upward by the chain-driven buckets, and discharged at the head section. With models ranging from NE15 to NE800, it is widely used to lift cement, clinker, sand, slag, ore and other bulk materials in cement, mineral and building-material processing lines.
