Product Overview
The O-SEPA separator is a third-generation dynamic separator and has been widely applied in the grinding systems of cement plants. On the basis of the improved O-SEPA separator, the separator was developed by adopting the "rapid" technology. Compared with the conventional O-SEPA separator, the improved O-SEPA separator has the following structural features:
1.The special shaped rotor blade replaced the general rotor blade and has increased the separating region. In practical terms, the material separation rate is higher and better.
2.The inside of O–SEPA powder separator increases eddy current scatter. It has the advantages as follows:
a. Transfer the energy generated from flow rotation to rotor, reducing the driving device of power consumption, while avoiding the eddy current energy consumption.
b. Tangential velocity of exit guide vane by using eddy current scatter is reduced and the wear is decreased and the life is prolonged.
c. The particle size distribution is much more concentrated and the particle grading is much more reasonable. The product quality has been obviously improved.

What Is an O-SEPA Air Classifier?
An O-SEPA air classifier is a third-generation dynamic air classifier widely used in closed-circuit grinding systems for cement, slag, fly ash and other powdery materials. Material fed into the classifier is dispersed in an airflow field and passes through a high-speed rotating cage rotor: fine particles are carried through the rotor with the airflow and collected as the finished product, while coarse particles are rejected and returned for further grinding. The classification fineness can be adjusted by changing the rotor speed, and the compact design delivers high classification efficiency, precise fineness control and stable operation in continuous industrial service.
