Product description
Product Overview
The TZX double-rotor classifier is the core classification equipment for closed-circuit grinding systems. Through its upper and lower series-connected double-rotor structure, it achieves secondary fine classification of powder. By combining the balance principle of centrifugal force and the centripetal suction of the airflow, it enhances classification efficiency and precision. It is widely used in powder processing fields such as building materials, chemicals, and mining.
Performance Features
1. Adopts a combined propeller-type material dispersing disc. The material is dispersed uniformly and fully. It also generates an upward airflow that causes the material particles on the dispersing blades to boil up and become dispersed, making the material particles easier to classify.
2. Classification principle. It adopts an organic combination of multiple classification force fields, including gravity, centrifugal force, and cyclone vortex, resulting in high classification precision.
3. The lower cage rotor helps re-lift the accumulated material particles, increasing the classification capacity and effectively reducing the content of fine powder in the coarse powder.
4. The spatial range of the classification zone and the lifting zone has been optimally designed, improving the classification efficiency.
5. Various anti-condensation devices, such as an elastic sweeper, have been optimally designed inside the machine, achieving a good anti-condensation effect.

What Is a TZX Dual-Rotor Air Classifier?
A dual-rotor air classifier is a powder classification device that uses two counter-rotating rotors to create a strong, stable classification field for separating dry powdered materials into fine and coarse fractions. Material fed into the classifier is uniformly dispersed in the airflow and subjected to centrifugal force generated by the dual rotors: fine particles are carried out with the airflow and collected as the finished product, while coarse particles are separated and returned for further grinding or discharged separately. By adjusting rotor operating parameters, the fineness of the finished product can be precisely controlled to meet different specifications, making the dual-rotor classifier an efficient and flexible component for modern closed-circuit grinding and powder-processing systems.
Applications
- High-efficiency classification of cement and raw meal in closed-circuit grinding systems
- Fine-powder separation in coal powder, fly ash and industrial powder processing
- Classification of dry bulk materials in chemical and building-material industries
- Particle-size control for products requiring consistent fineness and high throughput
