Product Overview
This dryer is mainly used to dry granular materials with moisture and particle size within a specified range, including yellow sand for dry‑mix mortar, various grades of foundry sand for the casting industry, blast furnace slag and fine clay for the building material and cement sectors, as well as small‑particle chemical materials that are thermally stable and not affected by high temperature or flue gas contamination.
According to the final moisture requirements of different industries, the moisture content of dried materials can be reduced to below 0.5%–1%.
The feed material should be non‑sticky to the cylinder wall and lifting plates.
The temperature of the heat exchange gas inside the dryer should not exceed 750°C. If high‑temperature drying is required for special working conditions, heat‑resistant steel plates can be used for the inner cylinder and lifting plates at the dryer inlet.

What Is a Three-Drum Dryer?
A three-drum dryer is a compact rotary drying machine built with three concentric cylinders. Wet material is fed into the inner drum and successively conveyed through the middle and outer drums, being lifted and showered through the hot-air stream for rapid, uniform drying.
