Product Overview
Fly‑Ash Powder Classifier is a powder‑classification equipment specially designed for fly‑ash classification in power plants. It precisely separates fly‑ash particles of different particle sizes, and processes raw fly ash into high‑value‑added fly‑ash micropowder of Grade I and Grade II. It is widely applied in cement, concrete, building‑materials and other fields to realize comprehensive resource utilization of fly ash.
Working Principle
Integrating principles of centrifugal force, inertial force and air‑flow classification, the equipment forms a closed‑circuit circulation system:
1. Feeding & Dispersion: Raw fly ash enters the classifier through the feeding device. It is evenly dispersed by the rotating spreading disc to form a stable material curtain.
2. Air‑flow Classification: Circulating airflow generated by the fan carries fine powder upward, while coarse particles fall back under gravity and inertia.
3. Centrifugal Separation: The high‑speed rotating rotor builds a strong centrifugal‑force field to throw out coarse powder above the critical particle size, and fine powder flows into the collection system with airflow.
4. Finished‑Product Collection: Fine powder is captured as finished product by cyclone separators or bag‑house dust collectors. Coarse powder returns to the mill for re‑grinding.
